Stories of Sanctuary: ‘Our Home’
Experience an unforgettable evening of original songs performed by the newly formed Newcastle Sanctuary Seekers Choir, featuring Sean Cooney from The Young’uns. This special event, delivered in partnership with Citizen Songwriters and The Arts Society Tyneside, showcases the powerful voices and stories of those seeking sanctuary.
The concert is part of a North East and Yorkshire tour celebrating this year’s Refugee Week theme, ‘Our Home’, and promises to be a moving and inspiring evening of incredible talent and heartfelt performances.
Tickets are available on a ‘Give as You Feel’ basis, and all proceeds will support future community songwriting workshops at Newcastle Cathedral.
