Immerse yourself in the splendour of live choral music whilst wandering through the majestic nave of the cathedral. Index Cantorum, directed by Mark Williams, returns to give a performance of a short selection of works associated with the theme ‘Water’.
Let the sound of the music wash over you and through the building, as you hear Renaissance masterpieces or contemporary arrangements of traditional folksongs.
The event can be experienced as ‘promenaders’, or seated informally in the nave, with the singers encircling the audience.
There will be 2 performances, taking place at 12pm and 1pm, each lasting around 20 minutes.
