Join us for a unique opportunity to sing under the baton of Sir John Rutter, one of the world’s most beloved composers and conductors of choral music. This special event opens the 2025 Southern Cathedrals Festival with a Choral Workshop and Concert in the awe-inspiring setting of Salisbury Cathedral.
From 1:00pm to 4:00pm, workshop participants will rehearse with Sir John Rutter, exploring some of his most popular works alongside members of Salisbury Cathedral Choir, Chamber Choir, Junior Choir, and Youth Choir.
After a break, participants will return at 6:00pm for a short rehearsal, before taking part in the 7:00pm concert, celebrating the theme of “Celebrate Creation!” (the concert requires a separate ticket for audience members).
£25 ticket includes both workshop rehearsal and evening performance. Separate tickets are required to attend the evening performance only.
