The ‘Shaun the Sheep on the Tyne’ art trail from St Oswald’s Hospice will bring colour to the streets and landmarks of Newcastle – and the cathedral is very proud to be a sponsor!
Families are invited to flock to the cathedral during the school summer holidays and get creative with fun, self-led craft activities inspired by the citywide event. Explore the artistic creations of talented local schools and nurseries as you seek out the adorable ‘mini flock’. With a Cathedral map in hand, discover the marvellous animals hidden away in our monuments and stunning stained-glass windows.

Unleash your creativity with craft activities, explore the Cathedral with guided tours and dance to some sheeptastic music.
